Is It Okay To Not Drink Milk If I Drink Orange Juice With Calcium And Vitamin D In It?
Author: Admin // Category: Juice DrinkI dont’ really like milk but I force myself to drink it every day to get calcium and vitamid D. But I’m wondering if I just bought orange juice that is fortified with calcium and vitamin D, can I just drink that instead of milk?

you need to be getting
- calcuim & vitamins!
you can get this from:
- multi vitamins (tablets available even in supermarkets)
- cheese
- yoghurt
- your orange juice

Yes, not only can you get the same amount of calcium from orange juice as milk, but it also cuts down on fat, as milk has a lot of fat in it.
Make sure you are getting some fat from your other foods though.

Milk is a good source of protein along with minerals and vitamins.
So, if you are getting protein from other sources, it is OK.

Of course, Or you could buy multivitamins that contain those things as well. No rules stating you HAVE to get those things from milk and milk only hon.
